What is Liber Animus?

Good question!

We want to bring you a fun, exciting and eventful experience. Liber Animus is not only an event allowing hobbyists to go head to head in all aspects of our wonderful hobby, but also allows for a fantastic social gathering, meeting new people, catching up with old friends and finally putting a faces to names.

We have chosen to open up the Liber Animus tournament to all those who wish to compete for glory in 2009. Liber Animus is no longer an ‘invite only’ tournament – newcomers and veterans of previous Liber Animus events are all welcome!

The bottom line is, Liber Animus is about competing against some great opponents, seeing some great hobby, and realising that the one thing that brings us all together to play with these tiny little soldiers, is having some fun.

The vision is to continue to attract the top echelon of 40k hobbyists from Australia, New Zealand and around the world, to participate in a tournament. And the emphasis is on participants’ all round hobby skills: Game Play, Painting, Army Construction and Sportsmanship.

This is a tournament in which all can be guaranteed a high level of competition across every aspect of the game against peers of a similar skill level.
